Nathalie focuses her legal practice in the areas of construction and commercial litigation, where she routinely counsels clients on strategic deal-making, litigation planning and avoidance, technology, data privacy, and agreements of all kinds.

Prior to joining Wilson & Chan, Nathalie worked for law firms in Houston, New York, and Salt Lake City, gaining broad experience in corporate and transactional agreement formation, negotiation, and implementation.

While in law school, she was a member of South Texas College of Law Houston’s Health Law Society and Family Law Clinic. Nathalie earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and her B.A. in international relations with a concentration in science and technology. She is a member of the New York State Bar, and is fluent in Spanish, Dutch, and conversational French.
