Justin focuses his practice on construction law, general commercial litigation, contract disputes, insurance defense/coverage, and tort liability defense. He regularly represents construction companies of all sizes, governmental agencies, sureties, insurers, and owners.

While in law school, Justin interned for Justice Bucaria in Nassau County Supreme Court, Commercial Division and Justice Livote in Queens County Supreme Court, Commercial Division. Throughout these experiences, Justin learned the ins and outs of commercial litigation and how to become an effective litigator. Justin was also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review, where his article on securities-fraud litigation was published in the St. John’s Bankruptcy Research Library.

As a third-year, Justin was elected to the executive board of St. John’s Moot Court Honor Society where he served as Senior Duberstein Director. In addition to drafting appellate briefs and participating in multiple Moot Court competitions, his responsibilities included organizing and managing one of the largest Moot Court competitions in the country. Throughout these experiences, Justin refined his legal writing, organization, and oral argument skills.

As an associate with Wilson & Chan, LLP, Justin regularly engages in all aspects of litigation from initial case analysis and reporting, evaluation of alleged damages (or injuries), preparation of pleadings, discovery, court appearances, motion practice, depositions, and mediation, to trial preparation.  Justin has continuously proven himself to be a competent and effective litigator throughout his work with Wilson & Chan, LLP.

Justin earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, and his B.S. in economics from The George Washington University.
